Cap and Tax

Congress has not been able to pass a cap and trade bill but that hasn't stopped the Obama administration from using the EPA as a front to warn us about being "endangered" by green house gases. So the EPA has now ruled that these matters must be regulated under the Clean Air Act.

But Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski is sponsoring a resolution disapproving of this maneuver and plans to bring it before the Senate for a vote on Tuesday, May 25. Please contact your Illinois Senators to express your opinion.
