Contact Your U.S. Senator about Obama's Nominee
Goodwin Liu, the President's recent nominee for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, hasn't practiced law for over 10 years, has no experience as a trial lawyer, served on the Board of the ACLU, and doesn't even meet the ABA's basic requirements for a federal judge.
Liu once joined an amicus brief suggesting that the Constitution's equal protection clause requires allowing same-sex couples to marry. And in a book he co-authored, Liu put forward the idea that judges should look to "evolving norms and social understandings" in interpreting the Constitution.
Let your Senator know how he should vote on this extremely controversial nominee.

The U .S. House voted 43-0 with 7 not voting, to impeach Judge G. Thomas Porteous, Jr. of Louisiana . The charges: accepted gifts in exchange for official actions, falsified and withheld information during a bankruptcy proceeding, made false statements as part of his Senate confirmation and received money from lawyers involved in a case that he oversaw. Please contact your Senators and voice your opposition to appointing this constitution revisionist and pro-abortion judge who will hear cases from Illinois, Wisconsin & Indiana.
First it was Washington, DC and now the focus is on Chicago. Is the 2nd Amendment a federal issue or can cities and states limit the rights of gun owners?
